To do this, they evaluate systems and operations to see where they can improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Business analysts work with internal stakeholders, determine requirements, and shine a light on any issues affecting a business's bottom line. They also find opportunities as market conditions change, deliver successful solutions to problems, and oversee the implementation of projects they spearhead.
